What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged unless you added a card. Your workspace moves to Free: your first company stays fully usable, and any other company becomes read-only. You can still read, export and import everything. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can I export everything?
Yes, on every plan, at any time: statements as PDF, Excel or CSV, the general ledger, and a one-click financial package. Export, import and your accountant's seat are never behind a paywall.
How are companies billed?
One bill per workspace. Pro includes 2 companies and adds $49 a month for each extra one. Holding includes 10 companies and adds $29 for each extra one. Three companies on Pro cost $198 a month.
Who can see my books?
Only the people you invite to each company. Every company's books live in their own isolated store, and every change records who made it. Your accountant's seat is free.
What happens to my books if Accountable shuts down?
You can export the full general ledger and statements in standard formats at any time, so your books never depend on us. If we ever wind down, we will give every customer notice and time to export first.
Do I need to talk to sales?
No. Accountable is self-serve: start free, add a card in the app when you are ready, and change or cancel your plan yourself. There are no sales calls.
Does moving my books cost extra?
No. The move from Digits, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet is free on every plan, and every month-end ties to the cent before your history goes live.
