Multi-entity accounting
Every company's books in one workspace, on one bill
Multi-entity accounting software keeps separate books for each company under one login and adds them up in one view. Accountable does that for founders and closes every company by the 1st.
One login, and a switcher that keeps your place
Each company keeps its own books in its own isolated database. Press ⌘1 to ⌘9 to jump between companies, and the page and period you were on stay put. The switcher shows each company's closed-through month and whether its bank feeds are live.
Combined cash, burn and runway on one screen
Press ⌘0 for combined cash, combined net burn and combined runway across every company, and how many have closed last month. Loans between your companies stay out of combined burn, so the number is not counted twice.
Money between companies posts on both sides
Record a loan, a cost share or an expense one company paid for another once, and Accountable posts both sides as a linked pair. When one bank shows money leaving and a sibling's bank shows it arriving within 5 days, Accountable offers to match both.
Consolidated statements come with the Holding plan
Group your companies and read one balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and trial balance in Combined, Eliminations and Consolidated columns. Loans, interest and fees between the companies are eliminated, and each elimination opens to show where it came from.
Three companies cost $198 a month
Pro costs $149 a month and includes 2 companies; each extra company costs $49. Holding costs $399 a month for 10 companies and $29 for each extra one. Users are unlimited, and your accountant's seat is free.
Reports for one company, or all of them.
Switch any report between this company and all companies, and between cash and accrual, without leaving the page.
3 companies cost $198 a month on Accountable.
Most tools charge again for every company. Accountable charges once per workspace, then a small fee per extra company.
On Accountable: $198 a month
Monthly list prices, checked Sep 2026. Kick's price assumes each extra entity passes 250 transactions a year. Annual plans on Accountable cost 10 months.
