Let Accountable AI make some changes without asking
Always allow lets Accountable AI apply one kind of change for you without asking, like categorizing. It's per person and per company, and every change can still be undone.

Steps
Step 1: Open Settings › AI and agents and find the Accountable AI section.
Step 2: For each kind of change, switch Ask me to Always allow: Categorize, rename vendors and add notes; Post journal entries; Rules and bulk changes; Change the chart of accounts; Reverse, void and delete; Close and reopen months; Send email and share links outside the company.
Step 3: Or press Always allow on a change card in Ask; it sets the same switch for that kind of change.
Good to know
- Your approval rules still apply: a change over your owner limit waits either way.
- Switch back to Ask me at any time.
