Take your books with you if you leave

Steps

1. 1

   Step 1: Build a full export: ⌘K › Export data room, pick every month, press Build export and Download.

   Step 2: Export the General ledger and Trial balance from Reports as CSV or Excel for your next tool.

3. 3

   Step 3: Cancel your plan from Billing › Manage billing. The workspace moves to Free at the end of the period; nothing is deleted.

   Step 4: If you want the data deleted too, see Delete your data.

Good to know

• If Accountable ever winds down, every customer gets notice and time to export first.
