- Export everything: the full data exportThe data room export is one zip with your statements, general ledger, trial balances, reconciliations, documents, change log and chart of accounts, for any months you pick.
- Take your books with you if you leaveExport the data room zip and the reports your next tool needs, cancel your plan in Billing, and your books stay readable on Free. Nothing is locked in.
- Close your account and delete your dataAsk Melinda or email privacy@accountable.im to close your account. Data is deleted from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 35 days.
