Remind customers who haven't paid

Press Send a reminder on any sent invoice, or turn on automatic reminders in the invoicing settings. The Aging tab shows who owes you and for how long.

Steps

Step 1: Open Bills and invoices › Invoices and pick the Aging tab to see what's overdue.
Step 2: Open an invoice and press Send a reminder.
Step 3: To send reminders automatically, open the invoicing settings (the gear) and set up reminders.
