Give your accounting firm access

Steps

   Step 1: Open Settings › Company security and the Accountant firm tab. Members and roles links there too, under Give your accounting firm access.

   Step 2: Type the firm's name under Add your accountant's firm.

   Step 3: Press Grant access next to it. The firm's owners and admins get free accountant seats, and the firm gets an email.

4. 4

   Step 4: To end it, press Remove next to the firm and confirm. Every seat the firm's access created ends at once.

Good to know

• Firm seats never count toward your plan.
• Staff at the firm get a seat only in the companies they lead.
• If the firm pays for your plan, press Pay for it myself first, then remove the firm.
