Invite your team and keep your books secure
Invite your CPA and teammates with the right role, turn on two-factor sign-in, and see who changed what.
- Invite your CPA, accountant or a teammateOpen Settings › Members and roles, press Invite, type their email and pick a role. Your CPA's Accountant seat is free on every plan.
- What each role can doOwner does everything, Admin runs the books and the team without billing, Member works the books, Accountant is your outside CPA with a free seat, and Viewer reads.
- Change someone's role or remove themClick the person in Settings › Members and roles to change their Role or press Remove. They lose access at once; their past changes stay in the log.
- Transfer ownership of a companyThe owner clicks the new owner in Settings › Members and roles and presses Transfer ownership. The new owner takes over billing and security.
- Turn on two-factor sign-inOpen Settings › Security, press Turn on next to Two-factor, scan the code with your authenticator app, type the 6-digit code and save your backup codes.
- Require two-factor for your teamAn owner turns on Require two-factor for everyone in Company security. Teammates without it set it up the next time they sign in.
- Set a password and sign out other devicesSettings › Security has your Password, the Sessions where you're signed in with Sign out on each, and your Sign-in history.
- Set up single sign-on and SCIMOn Holding, an owner verifies the company's email domain, adds an OIDC or SAML provider, and can require SSO and provision people with SCIM.
- See who changed whatAccounting › Activity lists every change with who made it, when and from where, including Accountable AI and agents. Each one can be undone.
- Choose which emails you getIn Settings › Notifications, set each kind of email to Email now, Daily digest or Off. Sign-in codes, invitations and billing emails are always sent.
