Manage your plan, card and invoices

What each plan includes, how the trial ends, and how to upgrade, change your card or cancel.

  1. What each plan includesFree is $0 for one company. Pro is $149 a month with 2 companies and $49 for each extra. Holding is $399 a month with 10 companies and $29 for each extra.
  2. How the 14-day trial worksEvery new workspace gets Pro for 14 days with no card. Add a card to keep Pro; otherwise the workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
  3. Change your plan, card or invoices, or cancelThe owner presses Manage billing on the Billing page to change plan, update the card, download invoices or cancel. Books are never deleted when a plan ends.
  4. What happens to extra companies on FreeFree keeps one company fully usable. Other companies become read-only: still readable, exportable and importable. Pick which one stays active with Keep this one active.
  5. Order a cleanup, close review or tax packageServices has done-for-you work at fixed prices: catch-up and cleanup, a month-end close review, a tax package for your CPA, and the free migration. You pay in the app.
