Run several companies from one login

Add a company, switch in one keystroke, see every company side by side and combine them into group statements.

  1. Add another companyPress ⌘K and choose Add or move a company, or use the last row of the company switcher. Each company gets its own books, members and connections.
  2. Switch between companiesPress ⌘1 to ⌘9, or pick the company in the switcher at the top of the sidebar. You stay on the same page and months.
  3. See every company side by sideAll companies (⌘0) shows each company's cash, burn and runway, closed-through month and what needs you, one row each. Separate companies stay separate: no combined cash.
  4. Build consolidated statements for a groupOn Holding, group companies with their ownership and a reporting currency. Accountable combines their statements and removes what they owe each other.
  5. Record money between your companiesA New intercompany entry posts both sides at once, in each company's books, so one company's receivable always matches the other's payable.
  6. Archive a company you no longer runAn owner can archive a company from Settings › Company. Its books become read-only and nothing is deleted; unarchive it any time.
