I can't see a page or a button

Pages and buttons depend on your role and plan. Billing and company security are owner-only; Tax shows only for US companies; some features need Pro or Holding.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open Settings › Members and roles and check your role: What each role can do.

  2. Step 2: Ask an owner or admin to change your role if you need more.

  3. Step 3: Check the plan in Billing (owner) or the plans page. A feature on Pro or Holding shows an upgrade note on Free.

  4. Step 4: Tax and 1099s only show for companies registered in the US.
