Transactions are missing

Steps

   Step 1: Open Connections and click the account. Make sure Post this account's transactions is on.

   Step 2: Check Last sync and Last transaction. Press Sync now.

   Step 3: If the status is Broken or Disconnected, press Reconnect.

4. 4

   Step 4: For days before the connection started, press Upload a statement.

5. 5

   Step 5: On Transactions, press Filter › Clear filters in case a filter hides them.

Good to know

• On Free, bank links through Stripe, Plaid or Teller pause after 30 days with nobody signed in. They resume when you sign in, and Connections says Paused while you were away; catching up now until the missed days are in.
