A Mercury, Brex or Ramp connection stopped working

Steps

   Step 1: Open Connections and click the broken account. Its status says Broken.

   Step 2: Create a new token in the provider: Mercury, Brex or Ramp.

3. 3

   Step 3: Press Reconnect and paste the new token (or client ID and secret).

4. 4

   Step 4: Press Sync now.

Why tokens stop

• Mercury deletes a token that goes unused for 45 days.
• Brex expires a token after 90 days without use.
• Someone deleted the token or the Ramp app, or removed a scope it needs.
• The person who created it left the company and their access was removed.
