The move from my old tool stopped
If a move says The move stopped, press Try again. If the file isn't a general ledger, upload a new export; or ask us to move you for free.

Steps
Step 1: Open the move again: ⌘K › Move books from Digits, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet › Pick up your move where you left off.
Step 2: Press Try again.
Step 3: If it says None of these is a general ledger yet, export the general ledger again with the steps for your old tool and press Upload an export instead.
Step 4: Or press Ask us to move you. It's free.
