An account is connected twice
One bank account linked through two providers never counts cash twice. Accountable asks you to keep one feed or switch, and merges repeats if both already posted.
Steps
Step 1: Open Connections (Settings › Banks, cards and payroll).
Step 2: If you just linked an account that was already connected another way (Mercury by token, then Mercury through Stripe, Plaid or Teller), a banner asks what to do. Press the button to keep the feed you have, or the one to switch to the new feed.
Step 3: Switching continues the same account from its last transaction, so nothing posts twice.
Step 4: If both feeds already posted, the account shows Connected twice. Press Merge them.
Step 5: The second feed's repeated transactions are set aside in one change, and that feed pauses. Undo it from Accounting › Activity if you need to.
