Connect Deel payroll with an organization token

Before you start

• You're an admin in Deel.

Steps

1. 1

   Step 1: In Accountable, open Connections (Settings › Banks, cards and payroll), press Connect an account and pick Deel. The dialog Use a Deel organization token opens.

2. 2

   Step 2: In Deel, go to More › Developer › Access Tokens and choose Generate new token.

   Step 3: Choose Organization token and give it the accounting:read scope only.

4. 4

   Step 4: Press Generate and copy the token. Deel shows it only once.

5. 5

   Step 5: Back in Accountable, paste it into Organization token and press Connect.

Good to know

• Each pay run posts one entry: wages, employer taxes and benefits against Payroll clearing, which the bank payment then clears.
