Sync, pause or disconnect an account

Steps

1. 1

   Step 1: Open Connections (Settings › Banks, cards and payroll) and click the account's row. Its panel opens.

   Step 2: Check the status: Live, Delayed, Broken, Balance mismatch or Disconnected, with Last sync and the feed balance next to the books balance.

3. 3

   Step 3: Press Sync now to fetch new transactions straight away.

4. 4

   Step 4: Turn Post this account's transactions off to stop it posting without disconnecting.

5. 5

   Step 5: To remove it, press Disconnect and confirm. Everything it posted stays in the books; new transactions stop.

Good to know

• Posts to shows which account in your books the feed posts to.
• Press Connect again to bring back a disconnected account.
