Connect another bank or card

Steps

   Step 1: Open Connections (Settings › Banks, cards and payroll) and press Connect an account.

   Step 2: Pick Bank or card, through Stripe, or Another bank or card, whichever your workspace shows.

   Step 3: A window opens over the page. Search for your bank, sign in with your bank's own login and pick the accounts to share.

   Step 4: Close the window when it says you're done. The accounts appear in Connections and start posting.

   Step 5: If your bank isn't listed or the option says Set up later, upload statements instead: press Import file.

Good to know

• You sign in inside the bank's own window. Accountable never sees your bank password.
• Free includes 3 banks linked this way (checking and savings at one bank count as one), with balances refreshed monthly; Pro and Holding link every bank and refresh balances weekly.
• Already connected Mercury by token? Linking it here asks whether to keep the token feed or switch, so nothing posts twice.
• Chase, Amex, Mercury, Brex and Ramp CSV exports are recognized automatically when you upload them.
